5 stars isn’t enough. They didn’t sell the roof light adapter i needed. So they made me a custom one from scratch to match my heki 3 to my van and position. Communication was excellent, the time i had to wait was very surprisingly minimal and the adapter itself was perfect. Also would have been happy to pay twice the price of what they very reasonably charged me as they saved me from a massive headache. Customer service isn’t dead after all! Bought a few things off these guys and each time I've rang just to be sure about what I'm ordering. The level of comfort and curtesy I recieve from start to finish is 10/10. Friendly from the get go and I often feel a bit silly with my questioning but soon put at ease with great responses and attitude! I've even went to buy something and they've recommend other products from other shops which just shows they ain't all about taking your money but genuinely there to help and direct people to the best fits! I took my t5 here last year to get it carpeted and had a window fitted! They did an amazing job. I have since sold the van but now have a caddy maxi and popped in today for some advice and some help! Both of them are always very welcoming, full of knowledge and always happy to help and guide you.
