Investigated a nonexistent fault, enhanced the setup up to fix it and returned it promptly. Fair pricing, good quality work. I have nothing good to say about my experience with Ranvanga. the job as charley said him self before he started was simple and easy, he had to board, carpet and insulate an empty van and fit a diesel heater under the drivers seat. he estimated 2 days work for the boarding, carpeting and insulating then 1 day to fit the heater, and booked it in for 4 months, the next available slot. from what i could work out he hadn't ordered the heater in time, only the week before during a time when the postal strikes had been going on for months! originally he had told me he stocks these, he had tried half heartedly to fit it in the wrong place under the rear of the van on the outside, it was supposed to go under the seat on the inside! he said the reason for this was it wouldnt fit! there is now one fitted under the seat by another company. he completed the boarding etc after having the van for an extra week but claimed it had took him 5 days instead of 2 and that he had increased my bill by £600, i found this very hard to believe and decided to pay the original quote and told him i no longer want the heater fitting. charley then decided to get a cheap solicitor letter to try and threaten me into paying his extortionate price increase, i have included my reply to this and a photo of the heater under the seat stay away the guys a compulsive liar
