These people are awesome! I broke a tent pole on my Kampa Tailgater on my first camping trip last weekend. Though I never bought this tent from them (and they do stock them), they were so helpful over the phone when I rang them to ask for some help with it. They said they carried spare poles for many tents and would call me back as soon asthey located one. They did within the hour. Next day I visited their showroom and store and what a welcome. I was offered a coffee whilst I walked around their huge display of awnings and camping furniture. Also looked at many micro-campers they had on show. The owners, Jason and Rachael couldn’t have been more attentive if they tried. I was shown the shop and WOW! It is stocked over two floors with everything you could possibly need for your camping adventures. I can honestly say it was the best camping shop I have ever visited in all my years. Jason then gave me 4 poles of varying lengths to meet my needs and thoughtfully also one with the base ferrule for attaching to the tent in the event that one broke. All for a tenner! I said I’ll be back for anything I need, however Rachael also advised me that they have their online store and happy to ship goods too and send out lots of deliveries daily. I really was very impressed with their setup, their displays and their stock, but most of all, their fantastic attitude and helpfulness.Great people to do business with.

Fantastic conversion and support. I got the new style conversion - Solo plus and it’s a dream. Storage space plus I can add seats in or out ( or leave them in). Such a clever design. Plenty of room under bed to store things and space by side door next to cupboard to get in and out or put my little porta loo at night .

So so good. Been several times to Three Legged Cross and have always received helpful, friendly and very caring support. Thank you to both of you, you are both stars especially to those buying camping fridges! If you look really unhappy they have ice creams and dear Franco the dog to pet and look after you. Great selection of tents, awnings and every other camping device under the sun at good prices.
Very helpful and lovely to chat to. Nothing was to much trouble even suggesting to us to take van and they would make sure that whatever awning we picked fitted and explained to us other things. Would recommend to anyone.
Great quality of build for the actual kit (Vario) Great support, Sam (Evesham branch) was extremely helpful and supportive all the way through initial viewing which helped me select the appropriate package for my needs, actual installation and making sure that I fully understood packing/unpacking of kit between camping trips. Sam answered all my questions thoroughly and provided me with extra info and advice which will greatly benefit me. Highly recommended, thanks again.

We have just bought a duo camper conversion from Redcote Leisure. The service we received was first class from the initial phone call to Sam at the Broadway branch. We had a few questions and Sam took time to talk us through the process and answered all of our questions. We have a VW Caddy Life SWB and had been looking at options with a few conversion companies but kept defaulting back to Redcote Leisure. We had the conversion done in Broadway 10 days ago and we are 100% happy with our new micro camper! If you are looking at a conversion, we cannot recommend these guys highly enough. If you are looking for a boot jump, I literally cannot recommend Jason and Redcote leisure, highly enough. I initially sent Jason a message around 10:30pm at night, not expecting a reply until the following day at the earliest. He responded straight away and then answered all of my questions. We then had a phone call the following day, and after comparing other companies, I realised that he really does offer the best value. It was brilliant being able to choose both my own choice of fabric and also the finish of the wood. I drove down and had a lovely warm welcome. It was so nice to be offered a coffee and also a biscuit! I went to the local garden centre which was just a few minutes walk away and was able to have lunch and a browse, and then Jason called me to let me know my vehicle was ready. I can’t believe how much we get for the price! It is such a good value and such good quality. Jason has been wonderful and has answered every question that I have had since very promptly. Thank you so much to Jason and his wife, I really do appreciate the fantastic service you have provided me. I now recommend you wherever possible. Thanks again, Jane
