Sussex Campervans

We feel 1 star is justified. I hope this review enables people to understand the rules and systems of this company especially with after care. Warranty. We have owned our van for 2 years. She has had multiple faults both mechanical and internal. The SC warranty stipulates that all repairs have to be assessed and repaired by them. If you live a distance from Sussex it is a big problem, especially after multiple faults meaning multiple trips to them. Negligence. After our underslung gas regulator was replaced by SC, 2 months later our service engineer informed us that the tank was corroded and needed replacing. Incompetent staff. The so called 'check' list whereby each department signs off when work has been completed and checked, is a waste of time. Engine service is outsourced to a local garage. They did not complete the records, which is required for the warranty. Communication. Appalling. We were passed off by the call handler and promised a call back, which never happened. The MD is arrogant and avoids communication.

Sussex Campervans provide exemplary services - from sales to aftercare, I’ve been impressed and reassured. I started to visit their site in March and hired a Nissan NV200 twice, then bought one August. After some agreed modifications I collected my campervan earlier this month, the internal build is stylish and of excellent quality. I took it on a trip to Cornwall straightaway. I had a couple of snagging issues and they were fixed straightaway on my return, with no quibbling. These are dealers who are committed to giving their customers the highest possible standards - those who have dealt with me you know who you are and THANK YOU. I love my little campervan - it’s so much fun, easy to drive and operate, looks fantastic and is an investment in my happiness.

Travelling Swimmer

I picked up my van in March. It's a Paradise Deluxe. I am obsessed!! The finish is wonderful and the team are all so great. I'm new to the whole world of campers and was worried I wouldn't be able to drive it or sleep well but I needn't have worried. Both are easy peasy. I feel like leaving 10 reviews - that's how delighted I am. Could not recommend more.
