Communication was excellent, costs were transparent, and they weren’t afraid to push back on a few of my ideas. The van is better for it. The finishing detail is second to none. Since picking it up in April, we’ve used it almost every weekend, and we absolutely love it. The aftercare has been brilliant too. They’re always at the end of the phone if we need anything. Booked in with Onyx Vans when our water tank fell off the back of our 2016 sprinter - they refitted the tank to a much better standard than the previous fitters, made our gas tank safer/the shut off more accessible and checked over our gas system (which had stopped working at the same time as the water tank issue). Within a few hours all was fixed ready for our next adventure in the van. Heather and Chris kept all costs transparent throughout and checked in midway through the job to update on next steps and if we wanted to take them. They left us with some great advice for the future. 10/10 completely recommend - feel lucky to have found such a good camper specialist local to us. Will definitely be back to them when we need any other van attention or changes.
