I recently had some renovation work completed on my 4-berth Sprite caravan, and I truly am over the moon with the results. Jacob and Ross have created something far more beautiful than I ever imagined. The design, craftsmanship, and care they have put into every part of the work is simply incredible. I went to them with a few ideas of what I needed extending the bed, installing a new table and fridge, and creating some new cupboards but they brought it all to life in such a thoughtful and skilled way. From the very beginning they guided me through the process, sharing design ideas and keeping me updated with photos along the way. It made me feel completely involved and reassured, and it was so lovely to see everything slowly come together. What has really touched me is the attention to detail and the pride they clearly take in their work. Every part of the caravan has been finished with such care. They even noticed that my mirror had fallen down and quietly fixed it without me even mentioning it, which meant so much. They also added a new runner on the doorstep — such a small thing, but it shows the level of thought and kindness they put into what they do. My caravan now looks absolutely beautiful, and every time I step inside it makes me smile. Jacob and Ross were not only professional and incredibly talented, but also genuinely warm, kind, and thoughtful people to have working on something that means a lot to me. I’m so grateful for the work they’ve done and for the care they’ve shown throughout the whole process. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Just got our Citroen Relay, Meg, back from Jacob after giving him a long list of jobs I would like for him to do and could not be happier. He came back to us with quotes in the evening, we took her in the next day and he started work straight away. Photos were sent daily of the progress and he was always responsive to my changes and ideas. Thank you Jacob and your team and we look forward to many happy trips away during which time I am sure I will have more alterations to do and will have no hesitation in bringing her back 👏👏👏

Van Build: Jan 2025 Summary: Don't trust this company with your safety. Unprofessional and questionable van building skills. I'm fairly sure the guy was a landscaper, built his own van and then decided to go professional without the pre-requisite skills. Before the build, communication was excellent and Jacob offered plenty of helpful advice.After the build, the response to issues was disappointing. A separate van builder identified that the Maxxair fan had been installed incorrectly. There was a visible leak, with staining on the ceiling as evidence (see photos). The other builder commented, "It was so bad, I was going to ask if you did it yourself." I asked Jacob to contribute to the cost of refitting. He declined, stating it was not an installation fault and that I should have offered him the chance to repair. Although ideally I would have, this was not practical as the roof needed to be fully completed for carpeting. He did eventually make a partial contribution to the final bill, which was appreciated and avoided the need for legal action. At the same time, I reported an issue with the diesel heater he installed, which led to the fire brigade being called by a passer by due to excessive smoke (see photos). This was ignored. I first raised this in September and followed up recently with a video of the ongoing issue, but have had no response. A diesel heating specialist has since reinstalled a new heater exhaust pipe, that is the correct length and faces in the correct direction Just avoid.
