Buying a campervan is a significant investment, and our experience with Nick at Campervandom initially felt like a positive one; we appreciated his honesty and helpful demeanor, particularly the reassurance of a three-year warranty. However, we feel it is crucial to warn others that Campervandom went into liquidation in April 2026. While the business is now operating under the name Vandom LCV Ltd—and continues to use the "Campervandom" brand to market their vehicles with Nick still performing the conversions—the transition has had serious consequences for previous customers. We recently discovered that anyone who had their van converted prior to the April 2026 liquidation is no longer entitled to warranty repairs, as the new company refuses to honor those previous commitments. We are sharing our story to urge prospective buyers to be extremely cautious, as the history of this business suggests that those purchasing from Vandom LCV Ltd today could unfortunately face similar risks in the future.

December 2025 and having just collected my 2020 Transit Custom L2H2 from Campervandom I am overjoyed with the finish.
