I would highly recommend Colebrook Car Service Centre & Transporters, I was away working in the area and in desperate need of assistance for repairs to my vehicle following an AA callout after a nightshift, having phoned over 20 local garages for assistance Colebrook was the only one who stepped up at such short notice and despite some initial confusions over pricing/parts this was dealt with within the hour and rectified. I can not thank them enough for the service they provided me at such short notice when I was due to travel home the day after, its always daunting using garages when away from home as you have to put your trust in people you dont know, have never dealt with, and have never seen the quality of there work not to mention the thought of are they going to rip me off, but im glad I did as the customer service from colebrook start to finish was excellent, and all in all despite a few initial confusions I can not fault them even loaned me a car to get back to my hotel until the works were complete thanks Colebrook Team keep up the good work...! Ill certainly be recommending you to fellow collegues and Contractors in the area 😊👍 My only real fault and its only minimal would be they should check all the vehicles wheels nuts before releasing back to the customer regardless of whether or not they have worked on them or not, in my opinion it would be good practice and isn't time consuming or costly for a buisness. As I was recovered to the nearest services on my route home as the three wheels they never worked on all the nuts where loose which isn't a criticism of Colebrook they carried out there works perfectly and the wheel they removed for driveshaft replacement was refitted and torqued back up correctly, i just feel this would be a good practice for all garages, this was the fault of a local garage to my home address which i had used for over 20 years with no issues however following tyre replacement 3 days prior none of my wheel nuts were ever torqued back up which would explain the juddering in the M5 and why colebrook called me to advise there was a wheel nut missing from the wheel they needed to remove prior to commencing any works. Thanks again Colebrook Team excellent service I will be back again in the future when in the area top job..!👌

Quick and Amazing service start to finish, for context I rang up Wednesday to book an MOT for my transit custom. Staff on the phone were superb and got me booked in the next day first thing. I Dropped it down went about my day came back, it failed on a brake light and they replaced it same day for a very reasonable price. Receptionist was helpful and let me pay upfront before MOT was finished as my phone was dying. This service helps me massively in keeping my van on the road and business running. I reached out to Colebrook transporters after a recommendation from a friend that has used them extensively. I wanted to upgrade my tired and well used skyline pop-top and I was pleasantly surprised with both the services offered and the speed of communication. Emails and calls were frequent and as the project progressed this didn’t diminish. I have no hesitation in recommending the Colebrook team and will be using them again in the future.

Colebrook Transporters took great care in upgrading my VW T5 Campervan whilst sorting some mechanical issues as well. I'm thrilled with me new reverse parking sensors, new stereo, solar roof panel, new upholstery and much more, all carried out with constant great communication and high level of professional service.
