The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to delivering high-quality results. Communication was clear throughout the entire process, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything met (and exceeded) my expectations. What stood out most was their customer-focused approach. It’s clear that they value their clients and take pride in their work. The van was delivered on time and was exactly what I was hoping for. Great personal service from a trustworthy family run business with customer service at their core. We purchased a T6.1 200bhp DSG Kombi from Brad and his team who were amazing. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requirements, providing videos and updates along the way to make sure we were content, along with getting the vehicle fully serviced before we took ownership. On the day of pickup, Brad picked us up from the nearby station and then showed our son around the workshop, which he absolutely loved. We would definitely buy from them again / have them work on our family vehicle in the future. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to buy with them.

Having had a bad experience with my previous van (from a different company) I approached Custom Design with a cautious attitude and a thousand questions. Well I needn't have worried, these guys and their vans are truly next level. From the minute I was showed around the workshop and saw the beautiful bespoke work they do, I knew I'd made the right decision. My van is a beauty, it gets a lot of compliments, and for most folk reading this review that is the most important thing. But I have to say, Custom Designs real strength is their customer service. Brad, Paul and the team literally couldn't have done more for me, from meeting me at the station with a coffee to coming out to look at any little niggles, always quick to reply to any queries, being calm, reassuring and constantly professional with every question I came up with. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Custom Design, a truly brilliant company.

What a great team. I purchased my camper nearly three years ago and have been really pleased with it. Recently I had a deer run into the van damaging the front bumper so contacted Brad to see if he could give me a quote to repair. After exploring a few options a week after dropping it in the work is all complete and looks really good. Bought my van last year from Brad and the team and have just gone back to have a diesel heater fitted. These guys are absolutely lovely. They're friendly, knowledgeable and honest. If I ever needed another van, I would have no problem going straight back to them. Can't thank them enough!!

These guys converted 2 x VW crafters for me and I must say the service, the quality of the workmanship, the communication , the professionalism and punctuality was outstanding. Custom Design Campers are amazing. The vans look stunning, Brad & Paul (& the rest of the team) are so helpful & knowledgeable but never put you under pressure. They changed the front seat for us to meet our choices & we’ve since had side bars & a roof canopy fitted as extras. If you’re looking for a van, these guys are worth visiting- so pleased with our Lilibet.

What a brilliant experience we had with Custom Design Campervans! Everyone we encountered were really patient with us, very happy to answer our many questions by email and then face to face when we collected, with Paul patiently and meticulously making sure we understood how everything worked, before we left. They gave us really helpful support and advice about the conversion and you can tell they really care about what they do. The finish on our campervan ‘Gloria’ is absolutely beautiful both inside and outside. We’ve been out and tried everything out and everything works brilliantly, as you would expect but judging by reviews of other places is often not the case. We went for a retro style upholstery and Tom was brilliant in helping us think about how the colours and finishes would look. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you all so much!
