Iv gave Grease monkey 3 stars reason being..yes i was so happy with the conversion even though a few things where not 100% and the service from Eddie and staff was friendly and informative when I first used them, BUT yes there's a but , £18000 later and after a while a leak started from below shower / toilet to which it took 14 months to be rectified , then a few other issues started to which I asked to be fixed and 4,6,8 months later they got fixed not always to my satisfaction and finally when I asked for the sink to be fixed after the tap had been previously fixed due to being very loose and then over tighten to cause a crack I asked it to be repaired. 6 months later I got feed up and calked in I was brushed off with excuses and then I questioned he's work he got verg annoyed and text me a rude txt to say he no longer wished to do any work on my van. So if you want nice looking van and then expect to get repairs done you will be waiting a long time. If any one wants to see more or see pics I don't mind as I kept pics and videos of the issues iv had I'm sorry I have had to do this but this is my experience.
Absolutely delighted with the conversion and after sales service on my Mercedes Vito by Eddie and the crew at Grease Monkey. It's a head turner and I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Why sell vans when you can sell dreams.

Contacted Grease Monkey when I was about to start my DIY conversion. Eddie responded quickly and had the majority of stuff I needed in stock so I could get started straight away. Ordered in everything else I wanted, customised to my needs. As this was a self build Eddie and his team took the time to give me advice on installing the different parts and even gave a demo. Any bits they installed for me (RnR bed and diesel heater) was done to a high standard. Would highly recommend!
