What can I say? Nothing was too much trouble for Jamie and Pete. They done a Van Conversion for us and we are totally amazed with the quality and the timescale that they done it in. Update , just had a legitimate company out to try work out electrical issues turns out these clown never wired half of it up . Gas connections were lose and had clearly never been tested no wonder they refuse to give me the legally required habitation certificate . Total cowboys that I will take great pleasure making sure they pay for their failings !!! These cowboys should be closed down , 7 months they had my brand new van and the faults and are endless i will update this review in due course but please be aware they talk the talk but that is all they do i have currently invoiced them for over 4k in remedial works which is just the start , court action pending . Hello, As per correspondence to date, following on from failing to take the opportunity to rectify works, and as per prior notification please find attached invoice as follows:- Additional items below, added to the original list of findings:- Additional Items 1. Main driver seat loose, moves back and forth while driving. 2. Air bag light on. 3. Sound deadening missing from varies locations around the van, not sure how you could get away with that, could hear from outside when checked. 4. Angle panel in garage area, damaged, poorly sorted with filler. 5. Microwave not fixed. 6. Strut missing in bathroom cupboard, despite the fact they where also provided by Gary. 7. Varies marks and permanent marker marks all over panels. 8. 2No external taps have commercial plumbing elbow parts, not fit for purpose on a van. 9. Sliding door panel with window, completely loose to the touch. Original list of items. Interior: 10. Plastic trim around bulkhead and sides: The intended alcantara material with non-foam backing was not used. 11. Lower part of trim accessing the cab: Not finished in anthracite carpet as specified. 12. Side door plastic panel: Intended to be finished in anthracite carpet. 13. Kitchen pod: sliding drawer above the fridge retrofitted however narrow drawers under the right side below the hob not installed. 14. Inverter and remote incorrectly located due to not using extended cables. 15. Missing LED lights around the bathroom, extending from lockers above seats to lockers above the side of bed. 16. Inside bathroom unit: Built to accommodate the wrong location of the roof window, requiring correct finishing to prevent water accumulation. 17. Missing aluminum extrusion with magnetic strip. 18. Sockets in kitchen area incorrect 19. All control switches not installed above the door as requested. 20. No remote control for LED lights, this was specifically requested. Exterior: 21. Incorrectly installed awning lights with switches, clearly asked to be bench tested prior to fitting, to have been controlled from one switch inside the van. 22. Rear garage not properly finished under the bed, exposing bare ply, and not carpeted as requested. 23. Gaps in the garage leading into the bedroom, posing a safety risk by allowing fumes to travel into living and sleeping spaces. 24. Rear passenger door table not fixed as agreed, requiring proper storage solution. 25. 2nd hand items used around seats, and 2nd hand arm rests used. 26. Seats not finished according to client specifications, including incorrect finish, colour, and trim. (we cannot believe you though it was satisfactory and that you would get away with fitting 2nd warn parts on the seats)

Bit disappointed with the finished result, we asked for brushed aluminium corners, got rubber instead, The waste water pipe was drilled through the floor, so waste water run onto the ground outside, found one of the units had been chipped and was coloured in with black felt tip pen, we were told we would get a gas certificate but wasn't even connected when we collected our van. After 4 times asking for a receipt for the work, never got one, we had to get another company to put the build right, it's a shame as we wanted to get some more work done at a later date, Just make sure you get what you want before any money changes hands.
