Outstanding service, good communication, strong customer orientation and high standard of work. Some serious cosmetic damage rectified speedily and to a high standard with some additional minor touch-up work improvement undertaken where feasible. Not for the first time, really pleased and impressed with the whole experience; would not go anywhere else.

Had several recommendations to consider Alpha Rapid Repair and wasn’t disappointed I took my car there for estimate. Unfortunately the plastic panels masked the extra damage beneath so had to await extra parts before repair could continue. The finish was impeccable. The very friendly staff were exceptionally helpful throughout. Including my insurance company wishing me to use their repairers. The consumer protection act 2015 meant they couldn’t demand I use theirs. All in all, completely satisfied with the service and finished repairs. An excellent company. Highly recommended.
