Mark McMurtrieThe van is great and we are absolutely happy with our purchase. However, upon delivery - it definitely had the feel of a rushed job. Little things were unfinished and poorly put together - examples being the fridge sliding out across the cabin, and the drawer beneath the hob sliding out on corners and roundabouts, in addition to bits out of sight held together with gaffa tape!!! The process of flagging this up and getting responses on these issues (and quite a few others to be honest) - was harder work than it should have been, given we’d just spent a lot of money on a brand new van. We are enjoying our van very much, but were disappointed with how it was ‘finished’ and subsequent issues in getting them acknowledged, and paid for by Ventura.

Brooke arranged for a seat to be altered - nothing was too much trouble. On the day we picked the Campervan up the vehicle was very well presented and had been perfectly valeted. Like everything not all is perfect and we had an issue with the sink but Brooke was amazing sorting it out immediately. NO HESITATION in recommending Ventura to anyone. Well done and thank you.

Good sales person but I am still waiting for service history and cam belt replacement details so I can hold all the history for the camper van.
The design of the Ventura campervan is good but unfortunately it came with a number of snags. These snags included a pop up roof that did not close properly and was noisy. A further problem was the water pump feeding the water tap kept becoming disconnected. these problems were fixed but it detracted from the first months of ownership.
We got a VR200 April 2022. Really pleased with it! Great van! We had a couple of teething problems and the service team came out to us and sorted them to a high standard with a professional and friendly manner.
