We bought our AMAZING campervan from this company in April this year, and we couldn’t be happier! After emailing Voyager about a van I had seen on Autotrader, I received no reply. I called and was immediately told it was sold. This was before I had even given the details of the van I was interested in. I was told ‘if they are on Autotrader, they are sold, check our website’ When I asked if they normally replied to emails he said ‘not if it goes into spam’ Such was the level of disinterest, I asked if it was worth me bothering, to which he just laughed and that was the end of my first interaction with Voyager. We all have bad days so maybe the guy who spoke to me was having one. Fair enough. A few days later they advertised on Facebook and I asked a question relating to specification. I got a reply which acknowledged the poor google review I had left following my initial call. Emma from voyager asked me if their vans ‘were really for me’ in light of my negative review. She went on to tell me how great their vans are and how successful they were. I don’t doubt it. I have seen their work and it’s excellent, I have never questioned their quality, only their customer service. The interaction ended with Emma telling me that they didn’t want my custom. Such a shame that a company who obviously produce quality work don’t have the ability to focus a little more on effective communication and not acknowledge poor customer service, especially when given another opportunity to engage. If they are selling vans as fast as it would appear, they don’t need my money or custom, which is fine. I wish them well

My mate purchased a Vauxhall Vivaro conversion from Voyager, he brought it round to show me and the following day, I called up and paid a deposit for a Vivaro conversion as I had been looking for some time and was so impressed. The van is built to a very high spec & Jamie was on hand through the whole process to answer any questions I had. I would 100% recommend Voyager Camper Conversion Ltd, if you want a high spec quality built camper conversion.

I bought a camper from Jamie at Voyager last year and have been extremely pleased with all aspects of the purchase.
