What you read on CamperBrain is built on data we collect ourselves and signed off by a named human. Here's exactly how it works.
How our content is produced
CamperBrain's guides, cost estimates and market pages start from data nobody else in the UK campervan niche has: the real price ranges in our converter directory, the quote-request demand we see through the site, and the gear price history we track over time. That data is the backbone of every claim we make about what a conversion costs or what's worth buying.
We use AI research and drafting tools to work through that data at scale — but a piece is never published on the AI's say-so. A named human editor reviews every article for accuracy, checks the numbers against our own data and cited primary sources, and takes responsibility for what goes out. The byline on a page is the person who owns it, not the tool that helped write it. Currently that editor is our founder, Joe Tannorella.
Where we cite a figure that isn't ours — an industry statistic, a manufacturer spec, a regulation — we link to the primary source so you can check it. Where a figure is ours, we explain how we collected it on our data methodology page.
Accuracy and corrections
We get things wrong sometimes, and prices in this market move constantly. If you spot an error — a wrong price, an out-of-date spec, a converter listing that's no longer accurate — email us at hello@camperbrain.com and we'll check it.
When we correct something material, we update the page and its "last updated" date so you can see the content is current. Substantial guides carry the date they were last reviewed, not just first published.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links to products — typically on Amazon and other retailers — are affiliate links. If you buy through one, CamperBrain may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
Affiliate commission never buys a better review or a higher ranking. Our product recommendations are based on the same research and gear-price data as the rest of the site, and we'll say plainly when we think something isn't worth your money. Directory listings for converters are separate from this and are never affiliate-driven.
Independence
CamperBrain is independently operated. We don't build campervans ourselves and we aren't owned by, or affiliated with, any conversion company. Converters can't pay to appear, to rank higher, or to have a negative review removed.
