Fantastic! My daughter bought her first car from Ross at Coastal and from the initial exchange of emails he couldnt help enough. We picked up the car and unfortunately had a couple of mechanical issues with the vehicle within the first 2 weeks of purchasing the car. However after calling Ross and notifying him of the safety issues and my concerns, He and his team could not have helped enough to rectify this and have my daughter back in the road. The aftercare we received was absolutely fantastic and i cannot thank the team enough for what they did, especially with such a quick turnaround. Ross and his dad Paul were a pleasure to deal with. Paul was very friendly and helpful when initially viewing and buying the car. It was my first time buying a car, and he made sure I was good to go with road tax, insurance etc. Drove it around for a week before taking it back for the complementary MOT. Unfortunately the advisory from the last MOT failed on this one, so I needed a fresh tyre. Not only was this sorted, but another one of the advisories was also sorted for me by Ross. On top of that, he even delivered it to me - excellent service. I felt that this review was the least I could do to say thanks.
