Very pleased with the camper itself and the whole process from the viewing to payment was straightforward. But we were disappointed with the handover and after sales. During handover we feel the time wasn't taken to show us properly how everything worked, we were not shown how the pop top worked as the spare seats were in the van and the impression was it was too much hassle to just take them out so we could be shown. We havent received any calls since we purchased as a courtesy call to see if everything is ok (would be a nice touch after spending £31,000).

Wow, what a great company to deal with, having to try to sell via Facebook marketplace, Gumtree eBay etc and feeling dismayed at all the time wasters, Complete Campers got in touch offered me price and I then sold my van to them, from the contact in the start to the handover experience, this company has revitalised my experience of how a dealer should act.
