Although we did not have an appointment we were able to see each and every model. Chris was so helpful and then Saul came over once he had completed a sale. We put down a deposit to secure purchase this gave us time to phone and ask more questions. Saul booked us in for a handover nothing like I have experienced before from a garage. We have only had our camper for a week and slept in it once everything was fantastic. I cant wait for future adventures and hope that people will come up to us and ask more about the camper and Fantastic Campervans. We will be totally recommending. I was very inspired to buy my van from here , great welcoming and helpful team with a great selection of vans to choose from . Saul was especially helpful throughout the whole process recommending insurance etc, great hand over including full walk round taxing the vehicle and supplying accessories. Strongly recommend.

Went here after a recommendation. Seen a camper I was interested in buying but just wanted to find out a bit of background and see how everything worked before committing. The guy started to get defensive and told be I would need to buy it before he would show me. I felt I was then being ushered away and told I would need to make an appointment to see more. I had travelled from Edinburgh so why would he say to make an appointment to come back, its wasn't busy, I was the only customer. Who is going to buy something without seeing how things work...was such a shame as a lovely camper shame about the customer service. *** Response to comments below: I totally understood that the camper had just arrived and you hadn't had a chance to look over it, you did explain this however I had travelled a long way so it made sense for me to look at it on this day as I was very keen to purchase. You did say to me that you wouldn't show me how the seats swiveled unless I bought it. I responded by saying, I am not going to buy something that I haven't seen how it works which was a reasonable point for me to make. However my main point of the initial review was to highlight how unprofessional and rude you came across.
