He began by converting his own VW Caravelle for family holidays, which eventually led to the establishment of his first business, Capital Campers, and subsequently Custom Design Campervans. Paul, a master carpenter with award-winning joinery experience, joined to design and build custom campervan kitchens, while Brad, with a background in carpentry and administration, brought organizational skills and customer focus to the team.
