We recently purchased a motorhome from IH Motorhomes and had an excellent experience from start to finish. We part-exchanged our vehicle and found the whole process incredibly straightforward and hassle-free. A special mention goes to Simon Kemp, who was outstanding throughout. He kept us fully informed at every stage, answered all our questions promptly, and made the entire purchase process smooth and stress-free. The motorhome itself exceeded our expectations. Although it is six years old, it looks and feels like new inside. It was supplied with a full habitation certificate, a full 12 months’ MOT, was taxed, and came with a full gas bottle, giving us complete confidence and peace of mind. The handover was superb. Simon took the time to thoroughly explain everything, both inside and outside the motorhome, ensuring we were comfortable with all the features and equipment before we left. We would highly recommend IH Motorhomes and especially Simon Kemp to anyone looking to purchase a motorhome. Professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused service from beginning to end. We have just bought our second motorhome/van conversion from IH (we were so impressed with the quality of build of our first van we just knew our upgrade had to be an IH!) I have to say that the after sales service we received was again, excellent! Luke was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure all of the modifications and little snags were dealt with efficiently and with care. We were kept up to date with the progress of the mods and everything was completed within the time frame we had requested. Simon from after sales went above and beyond when we encountered a problem with the road tax, due to a change of number plates. He somehow managed to sort it, even on a bank holiday weekend when the post offices and DVLA were shut! Simon was courteous and friendly on pick up of our van, despite being greeted over enthusiastically by our two collies (for which I apologise 🫣😆) We would 100% recommend IH for anyone looking for a quality conversion, Nicola, Ian, your team are a credit to you! See you in two years for our next upgrade 😁

Having just bought a VW crafter CRD680 twin from IH Motorhomes, I can say that it's well worth the upgrade. Comfortable and stylish and everything seems well designed and very practical. We had a brilliant handover from Tristan, with Beth and Luke also. Our first weekend away at Chatsworth went very well. No rattles or other annoying noises whilst driving. Comfortable seating for driver and passenger with lots of seat controls to make it personal. Nicola chatted with us while we were at IH and told us, any queries just call, which gave us great peace of mind. Brilliant customer service.

We literally fell upon IH Motorhomes when we were shopping for a van to convert. We thought we'd take a look, but motorhomes we're not even on our radar. There we were met with the wonderful Sean Earless. He was polite and knowledgeable and listened to what we were saying. He showed us around an Adria Compact Supreme and we fell in love with it. I was waiting on funds coming through so we paid a deposit and even named it 'Diogo the MoHo'! Our funds took longer than expected to materialise but Sean and the team were so patient with us. Sean called regularly and kept us fully informed of what was happening in the lead up to us picking him up. A few days before Christmas we went to bring him home. We were provided with a detailed demonstration of everything we needed to know, all the documentation to refer to later and a beautiful bouquet of flowers! I would highly recommend IH Motorhomes to anyone looking to purchase a home on the road, but in particular I recommend Sean, a truly decent fella who knows his stuff!
