We would highly recommend Shadow Custom….we converted a VW panel van for disability use - wheelchair, hoist, assistance dog crate!! Amazing customer service and communication throughout the whole process. Emily and the team go above and beyond and nothing is a problem. They always found a way to make it work. Quality of their workmanship and care they put in, is incredible. Lot’s of personal touches. I’m sure there will be more things needed in the future and Emily will be our first call. Shadow Customs did an excellent conversion of my VW Transporter T6.1 The original panel van was unrecognisable and it looks like it has always been a pop top campervan. Shadow Customs used top quality materials to complete a great job. After sales service is excellent, Emily couldn't have been more helpful when I was trying to source accessories. The team at Shadow Customs go above and beyond - every time whether it’s a full van conversion or a wobbly fridge door! My ex RAC van was a nightmare of unused electrics and unfilled holes but they too her and turned her into a beauty. I was kept up to date with progress with calls snd photos and involved in every decision - a truly refreshing experience. My wishes for oak worktops, a pull-out pantry, underslung gas etc etc were all fulfilled and I now have my dream van. Thank you so much guys - you are brilliant at what you do!

Beyond chuffed with my newly covered seats and full width bed / rear seats that Emily and Mark fitted for me. Nothing was too much trouble.
