Easy motorhome booking via the website. Slight delays in email communication. The motorhome was ready on time, clean and in very good condition. Filip is very friendly, helpful and gave us a few tips and advice. Overall, everything was fine and we had a good experience with Vango Campers.
We rented a VW van for about three weeks. The van was well equiped, very clean and comfortable to drive. Communication with Filip the owner was good. Pickup location convenient, and the price was pretty competitive compared to bigger van rental companies. I would recommend Vango Campers!
Booking confirmed and deposit paid for our trip. Suddenly cancelled via email with no explanation just advising refund would be issued. Called and was advised booking cancelled due to the van needing mot. Frustratingly we were not advised of this a few days ago when we called seeking some info for the purpose of booking our campsite pitch, and we were advised they weren't sure what van we would be hiring. If they were not sure, why was the booking cancelled if 1 van needs an mot? Now we to try and get something last minute which is less than ideal during height of summer holidays. Really disappointed by the service. Will not be recommending simply due to poor service and lack of communication here. No offer of alternative Van hire option so suspect this may be an excuse to hire out for a longer trip/more money as it would have been clear from the outset an MOT would have been due at time of our booking. Really disappointed given the other reviews.

We recently booked in our VW Caddy to be converted by Vango Campers and couldn't be happier with the results. The team were amazing from the start, they talked us through our options and showed genuine enthusiasm and excitement about working on our van. The guys usually work on VW Transporters but really used their imaginations to make best use of the the space we had and came up with some really cool concepts. We got our van insulated, lined, fitted with full electrics (lights, usb's etc) including a leisure battery. They then designed, built and fitted a unique bed and storage system. The quality of work and level of service was second to none. Best money I have spent in a long time and I couldn't recommend Filip and his team enough!
I met these guys at the camping and caravan show in Glasgow and it was clear they knew their stuff. I was looking for somewhere to get a pop top roof put into our Vw T6 and was happy to use them. I was not disappointed, the roof they put in is fab, love it, and so well finished! Great service, they have a decent big workshop, I would not hesitate to use them again and would certainly recommend them. 👍
