5 stars isn’t enough. They didn’t sell the roof light adapter i needed. So they made me a custom one from scratch to match my heki 3 to my van and position. Communication was excellent, the time i had to wait was very surprisingly minimal and the adapter itself was perfect. Also would have been happy to pay twice the price of what they very reasonably charged me as they saved me from a massive headache. Customer service isn’t dead after all! I had been looking for solutions to fit maxxfan products to the roof of my VW Crafter. Spoke to Adam who could not have been more helpful. He advised me on all the options they had for the mounting of the fans and skylights. I now have fitted a maxxfan. Skymaxx and maxxfan dome. They all fit perfectly with the roof profile. So if you plan fitting any of these I would recommend you speak to these guys. Top quality products and service

From initial telephone enquiry to delivery 2 days later, these guys make the best by far roof adapters you could wish for, it’s not on the van yet but the quality and precision of fit to the maxxfan so far is second to none, don’t bodge it, spend the £80 and do it right. Well done guys when i’m set up properly i’ll definitely be ordering from you for my future builds.
Great customer service, no arguments there but unfortunately the bespoke products I have bought have failed. I bought the original custom made adapters for 2 MaxxFans and 1 MaxxDome, along with the 3 fans. All installed as directed using the correct sealants by a professional. Unfortunately they have failed 3 times. This is because the original material - HDPE eventually comes away from the Sikalastomer sealant and it leaks. They learnt from this and now make them from PVC and use butyl tape instead of Sikalastomer but unfortunately I have decided to remove and bin all 3 and re-install with no adapters and use butyl tape. My van was brand new so it's not been a great start and took 18 months to discover but unfortunately by the time you see the leaks it's invariably been happening for a while. As I said, great customer service and advice but these original adapters were not fit for purpose.
I bought 3 roof adaptors for my camper and they were really helpful initially instantly getting back to me reassuring me that I’d get a refund after I’d accidentally ordered 2 of the same adapters. The refund was issued quickly. Then I ended up not using one and messaged the team 3/4 weeks later and they were happy to take it back and issue me a refund.
