What a magnificent experience from start to finish. As complete novices we turned up without a clue. Carol and James expertly guided us through, giving us so many good ideas and covering so many practicalities we hadn't even thought about! We chose our vehicle and then the conversion. They let us spend hours trying out different types of conversions so we could really decide what we were comfortable with. Andy, Pete and team completed our conversion with such love and care and the quality finish is sublime. When we picked it up we were blown away and we were amazed at the value for money! We now have the most beautiful camper we can make so many new memories with and a wonderful new Northstar family we are connected with too. What an amazing experience! Can't recommend this company enough!

Fantastic company. We visited on a Saturday in May to view stock & compare conversions/specs. James gave us over 3 hours to look round all the vans, & did an amazing job of demonstrating the conversions. The first one we looked at ticked all the boxes for us, so we reserved it on the day. We've just picked it up this weekend. We were picked up from Cowes red jet terminal by Carol, the technical handover from Adam was smooth, not rushed at all, & James made sure we were happy/comfortable with everything before we left. The conversion itself is excellent & built to a very high standard. After the initial viewing we knew we'd be happy with what we received, but after camping in the van we are absolutely smitten; for us the whole package works even better than we expected. It is 100% worth the effort to travel down & see Northstar. They are lovely people who know what they're doing & the customer experience is the best I've received from anywhere.
