Having recently collected our new Ultravan (Aug 24) I wanted to wait until we returned from our first proper trip away before leaving an honest and accurate review. Having spent the past 2 weeks away in our van on a mixture of off-grid and campsites, I can whole heartedly recommend and give a massive thumbs up to Ultravans!! From start to finish, Kian and the team have been fantastic on our journey of building the van of our dreams and I would strongly suggest anyone in the market for a premium campervan to put them at the top of their list! It took me a long time to find a company that firstly had the perfect layout (for us) and secondly filled me with the trust and confidence I needed to commit to. Their enthusiasm, attention to detail and quality of fit and finish is second to none. Kian willingly listened and made a number of alterations to their usual layout for us and I can honestly say they have produced a van that we are over the moon with…. Anyone whose looked inside is blown away by how nice it is! Unlike many conversions out there, the quality is clear to see. All of the components used are top quality, the amount of insulation is incredible (and works), and the fit and finish is top notch….. they don’t do anything on the cheap for good reason! There are no rattles or creaks when driving and it’s a very nice, comfortable place to be when living in it. After sales is as important as the build itself and again I’ve nothing but positive comments to say. Kian checks in with you a few days after collection and leaves you in no doubt that he’s on the end of the phone should you need to contact them. Hope this review is of some use to others.
